Volunteer With Us
Who we’re looking for: Established mental or spiritual fitness professionals with a passion for giving back. You love facilitating group experiences and meeting women where they are—without judgment, pressure, or pretense.
- Licensed or certified therapists, counselors, coaches, spiritual practitioners, yoga/meditation/breathwork facilitators, somatic or mindfulness practitioners.
- Trauma-informed and culturally-aware approach to care.
- Comfort leading small-group sessions and offering bite-sized practices.
What you’ll do: Present your craft and provide a mini service or session in a group setting (10–30 minutes). Examples: guided breathwork, journaling prompt, grounding meditation, movement reset, psychoeducation moment, or Q&A.
